Interview with Camus Ulloa Jonsson - GM Digital & Technology

1. Can you briefly introduce yourself and your role?

I'm Camus, GM Digital and Technology at Navigator, previously CTO at Perx. I lead the Technology team, which builds, maintains and runs our digital and tech products, everything from the patient-facing apps to the platforms and integrations behind them. Day-to-day that's a mix of architecture, coding, prioritisation, and more recently a lot of focus on scaling the team to use AI efficiently and safely.

2. What part of your work are you most proud of?

How much we've shipped with such a small team, and the impact it's had. We've consistently punched well above our weight in what we can deliver for patients and customers in the complex health industry by using a tech first approach.

 3. What are you most excited about as Perx and Navigator come together?

Bringing the scalability, speed and ways of working we've built at Perx into Navigator. We've spent years learning how to iterate and ship quickly. Applying that to Navigator's programs is a huge opportunity, and I'm excited about the products we can build and the way we can deliver them as an efficient and productive organisation.
