Interview with Hugo Rourke - Chief Transformation Officer

1. Can you briefly introduce yourself and your role?

My name is Hugo Rourke. I'm one of the original co-founders of Perx Health and now proudly the Chief Transformation Officer of the newly merged Navigator Group! At Navigator, I'll oversee the digital execution to transform Navigator's services and the research agenda as we prove out our existing and new solutions. I'll also be responsible for enabling functions across strategy, finance, and governance.

2. What part of your work are you most proud of?

I'm super proud of everything that the Perx team achieved in its 10 years of independent operation. In particular, I'd call out our impact on over 50,000 lives, which participants describe as "life-changing" while researchers acknowledge the outcomes as a "breakthrough". We started Perx with the simple idea that consumer industries were better at engaging people than healthcare, and have proven that transferring those tactics to healthcare can step change results for people and the companies that support their care.

 3. What are you most excited about as Perx and Navigator come together?

Perx and Navigator together have a unique set of capabilities in the market to help drive better condition management and faster recoveries for people on all sorts of healthcare journeys. There are really obvious ways those capabilities can work together, but I'm most excited about some of the innovations we'll be bringing to market over the next couple of years.
