Interview with Samantha Knyvett - Head of Digital Marketing
1. Can you briefly introduce yourself and your role?
I'm Sam, Head of Digital Marketing at Perx Health, and I've been with the team for about three and a half years. My focus is designing marketing communications that show people returning to work after injury how the Perx app can support their recovery. Day to day, that means translating clinical and behavioural insights into messaging that resonates with injured workers, often at a pretty overwhelming moment in their lives.
2. What part of your work are you most proud of?
Probably the comms we've built for injured workers in the Australian workers' compensation space. We've developed personas grounded in evidence, A/B tested the content, and shaped messaging that meets people with the right message at the right point in their recovery. Watching engagement data move in response to thoughtful communication, knowing real people are getting more out of their programme because of it, is what keeps me invested in this work.
3. What are you most excited about as Perx and Navigator come together?
The chance to reach more people. Perx and Navigator both care deeply about supporting people through difficult health moments, and bringing our capabilities together means we can help more injured workers recover well, then extend that support into new populations over time. I'm also looking forward to what we'll learn from each other; combining two teams' worth of experience in this space can only sharpen how we design and deliver programmes.
