Your recovery, fully supported at no cost to you.
Congratulations! You are eligible for the Chronic Injury Program — a world-class, personalised rehabilitation program designed to help you get back to the life you love, faster.
ABOUT CIP
A program built around you.
If your pain has gone on for a long time, you've probably tried things already — physio, medication, maybe more. And if those haven't given you lasting relief, that's not because you've done something wrong. It usually means the full picture hasn't been addressed yet.
Long-term pain is rarely just physical. It can affect your mood, your confidence in your own body, and how much you're able to do at work or at home and all of these things can feed into each other. The Chronic Injury Program (CIP) is built around this reality.
You'll be looked after by a team that includes a specialist doctor, exercise physiologists, physiotherapists, and psychologists — all working from the same plan, together. The goal is to help you move more, feel less held back by pain, and rebuild your confidence in what your body can do.
THE TECHNOLOGY
You'll wear tech that actually tracks your recovery.
CIP uses wearable motion sensors throughout your entire treatment, from first assessment to discharge. It's clinical-grade technology that gives your team objective, real-time data on how you're moving and improving.
This means your program is constantly adapting based on evidence, not guesswork — and you always know your progress is being measured accurately.
Joint angle & range of motion
Sensors capture exactly how your joints are moving, flagging compensations your clinician can correct early
Real-time feedback
Data uploads to a secure clinical platform after each session, so your team reviews progress immediately
Data-driven adjustments
Treatment decisions are based on your actual movement data — not just how you feel on the day
Exercise verification
Clinicians can confirm your exercises are completed correctly and safely, even between sessions
YOUR JOURNEY
From referral to recovery, here's what happens next.
Step 1
We’ll be in touch within 48 hours
We'll reach out to arrange your first appointment with a specialist doctor. However, if you’re keen to get started, you can contact us first.
Step 2
Your first assessment
A specialist doctor will take the time to understand your pain, how it's affecting your life, and what's been tried before — looking at the physical and emotional sides together.
Step 3
Your plan is created
Your team builds a plan around your goals — combining movement-based sessions, psychological support, and a review of any medications, all working toward the same outcomes.
Step 4
You start recovering
You'll start regular sessions to rebuild strength and movement, with motion sensor technology helping track your progress along the way. Psychological support helps with the parts of pain that are harder to see.
Step 5
Regular check-ins
Throughout the program, your team reviews how things are going and adjusts your plan — so it keeps making sense for where you're at.
Step 6
Finishing up, with a plan
At the end of the program, you'll get a clear plan for keeping up your progress — so what you've built doesn't stop when the program does.
