ARC (Active Recovery Clinics) is a exercise treatment program that supports you after an injury by combining medical guidance and exercise support to help you recover safely and confidently.

Your journey usually starts with a consultation with an ARC specialist doctor, who provides advice on your recovery and works with your exercise physiologist to shape your plan.
You’ll then have regular sessions with your exercise physiologist, who will guide your exercises and support you throughout your recovery. -
You’ll work with qualified health professionals, including an ARC doctor and an exercise physiologist. Your exercise physiologist will be your main point of contact during the program.
