  • Sessions are relaxed and conversational. You’ll talk about what’s on your mind, what challenges you’re facing, and what might help you move forward. Your Support Consultant will listen, provide guidance, and share practical resources to make things easier for you.

  • No personal details or conversations are shared with your insurer without your explicit permission. The only information shared may be basic updates confirming participation in the program, but the content of your discussions remains confidential.

  • Your personal information is protected under strict privacy and confidentiality standards. Navigator Group only uses your details to contact you for this program and provide the agreed support. Conversations with your Navigator are private and will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law.

  • No. This service is fully funded by Acenda. There’s nothing for you to pay.

  • Navigators are trained professionals with extensive experience supporting people after injury or illness. They’re skilled at having meaningful, empathetic conversations and providing practical resources to help you navigate recovery challenges. Their focus is on emotional and practical support.

  • Most conversations are held over the phone, but other options such as video or email support may be available if you prefer. You’ll agree on the best way to stay in touch when you first connect.

  • Once you’re onboarded, your role is simply to take part in the conversations and let your Navigator know what’s going on for you. There’s no pressure, no homework, and no ongoing obligation - you decide how involved you’d like to be.

  • There’s no strict time requirement. Most participants have regular phone check-ins over a few weeks or months, depending on their needs. The schedule is flexible, you can discuss what works best for you with your Navigator.

  • When the agreed support period finishes, your Navigator will talk you through any next steps, including additional resources or other services you may find helpful. The goal is for you to feel more confident and equipped to manage your recovery independently.

  • Just fill out the short form on this page. Once submitted, a Navigator will contact you within a few business days to explain how the program works and arrange your first conversation.
