You can let them know that this program is an extra layer of help, not a replacement for anything they already have. It’s designed to complement existing medical or personal support, giving them someone independent to talk to about their recovery experience, insurance process, or any day-to-day challenges. There’s no obligation to continue if they try it and feel it’s not needed.

This program helps customers feel more in control by giving them a single, trusted contact who can check in, help them navigate what’s happening, and provide simple tools or guidance. It’s a safe space to ask questions and talk through worries at their own pace.

Yes. You must confirm that the customer has given permission for their details to be shared with Navigator Group and for them to be contacted. A consent confirmation box is included on the referral form.
